The International Geodesy and Geophysical Union (IUGG) General Assembly is scheduled to be held in Sapporo, Japan from June 30 to July 10 of the year. The theme of the conference is “The current status of the planet: the frontier And challenge. ” 1 The academic report of the conference tentatively agreed on the following four topics: 1) forecast, forecast and its possibility; 2) the Earth system and global change; 3) the Earth’s internal structure and its dynamics; 4) the fire
