本文就8例22~25岁健康男性大学生探讨了短期内连续饮酒对睡眠的影响及能否引起REM睡眠24小时节奏的改变。方法:首先对受试者进行两个标准夜晚睡眠记录,以第2夜记录作为标准值。从次日起连续7夜在睡前1小时内按3ml/kg的用量饮用43%的威士忌。对饮酒第1、4、7夜及停酒后第1、3夜的睡眠进行记录。睡眠记录和分析参照Rechtschaffen和Kales的标
