目的:了解Bowman's层在角膜组织中的功能.方法:通过对一组近视患者在Lasik术前、术后和一组青光眼患者在高眼压和正常眼压时角膜前后表面曲率的测量,来了解Bowman's层完整和受损的情况下,眼内压升高是否会引起角膜形态的改变.通过对Bowman's层部分缺损的眼角膜厚度及Haze程度的观察,了解Bowman's层对保持角膜透明性的作用.结果:Bowman's层完整时,眼内压升高,不引起角膜前后表面曲率增加,Bowman's层缺损时,眼内压升高会使角膜向前膨隆.Bowman's层缺损会引起角膜雾浊,Haze形成.结论:Bowman's层对于保持角膜的抗张力,维护角膜形态或曲率,保护角膜及内眼组织免受紫外线的损害,维持角膜伤口的良好愈合,保证角膜的透明性具有十分重要的意义.

目的探索肝胆管结石合并胆汁性肝硬化门静脉高压症的外科治疗方法.方法全面评估病人,积极术前准备,对大多数病人施行一次性的根治治疗,并予以严密的围手术期监护.结果共治疗30例,所有病人均行一次根治性手术,治愈率93.3%.死亡率从一般的20%降至6.6%.结论胆汁性肝硬化门静脉高压症病人经去除胆道结石、梗阻,建立引流后肝硬化的病理可以逆转,故可对大多数病人行一次根治治疗,减少了病人的住院次数,节省大量
