恙虫病主要流行于祖国长江以南地区，80年代后本病在江北时有发病报告。1996年10～11月济宁市任城区接庄镇王回庄村出现一批不明原因的发热病人，经调查确诊为恙虫病，这在鲁西南属首次发现。资料与方法一、自然概况济宁市任城区，处在北纬35“08’～32，东经116°26’～44’地形为 Tsutsugamushi disease is mainly prevalent in the motherland south of the Yangtze River area, 80 after the disease in Jiangbei incidence reports.
