档案是人类文化财富的重要组成部分,与人类文化有着密不可分的联系。文章从分析档案的文化性、增强全社会对档案文化的认识、档案文化发展的方向3个方面,论述了档案的文化属性。
Archives is an important part of human cultural wealth, and human culture is inextricably linked. This article discusses the cultural attributes of archives from three aspects: analyzing the cultural features of the archives, enhancing the whole society’s understanding of the archival culture and the development direction of the archival culture.
