目的观察补肾毓麟汤对模型大鼠血清生殖激素水平的影响。方法用雷公藤多苷片造成雌、雄性生殖功能障碍大鼠模型,观察补肾毓麟汤和克罗米芬对雌、雄性大鼠血清卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)、睾酮(T)的含量的影响。结果雌性模型大鼠血清FSH、LH、E2含量与正常组比较无显著性差异,而血清T含量高于正常组(P<0.05);补肾毓麟汤、克罗米芬均能降低血清T含量。雄性模型大鼠血清FSH含量与正常组比较无显著性差异,LH、E2含量高于正常(P<0.05,P<0.01),T含量低于正常组(P<0.01);补肾毓麟汤能降低血清LH、E2含量,升高血清T含量;克罗米芬能降低血清LH含量,但对E2、T含量无明显影响。结论雌、雄性模型大鼠血清生殖激素水平有不同程度改变,补肾毓麟汤能调整紊乱的生殖激素水平,疗效优于克罗米芬。
Objective To observe the effect of Bushen Yulin Decoction on serum reproductive hormone levels in model rats. Methods Male and female reproductive dysfunction models were induced by Tripterygium glycoside tablet. The serum follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH) and estradiol were observed in male and female rats of Bushen Yulin Decoction and clomiphene. (E2) Effect of testosterone (T) content. Results There were no significant differences in serum FSH, LH and E2 levels between female rats and normal controls, but serum T levels were higher than those in normal rats (P<0.05). Bushen Yulin Decoction and clomiphene decreased serum T levels. There was no significant difference in serum FSH levels between the male model rats and the normal group. The levels of LH and E2 were higher than normal (P<0.05, P<0.01), and the T content was lower than that of the normal group (P<0.01); Decreased serum LH, E2 content, increased serum T content; clomiphene can reduce serum LH content, but no significant effect on E2, T content. Conclusion The levels of serum reproductive hormones in female and male model rats were changed to different extents. Bushen Yulin Decoction can adjust the level of reproductive hormones, which is superior to that of clomiphene.
