改革开放以来,我国居民收入普遍增加,人民生活水平不断提高,但是,居民劳动报酬率总体上却呈现下降的趋势。本文在对我国现阶段居民劳动报酬率的演变轨迹进行阶段性实证分析的基础上,着重从制度视角探讨了所有制变革、劳动力市场的形成与完善以及收入分配制度改革等因素对我国劳动报酬率变动的影响,并从完善制度的角度提出了提高我国劳动报酬率的对策建议。
Since the reform and opening up, the incomes of our residents have generally increased, and the living standards of the people have been continuously improved. However, the overall rate of return on residents’ work has shown a downward trend. On the basis of the phased empirical analysis of the evolution trajectories of residents’ remuneration in China at this stage, this paper focuses on the changes of the labor’s remuneration ratio in China based on the institutional perspectives such as ownership reform, the formation and improvement of the labor market and the reform of the income distribution system And from the perspective of perfecting the system, put forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve our country’s labor return rate.
