本文测定了湖南产五步蛇蛇毒磷脂酶Ａ２在不同温度保温后的酶活性，结果表明此酶具有一定的热稳定性。
In this paper, the enzyme activity of phospholipase A2 from five-step snake venom from Hunan Province was determined after incubation at different temperatures. The results showed that the enzyme had a certain degree of thermal stability.
