本文采用空间面板模型,利用中国气象科学数据共享服务网、《中国农业统计年鉴》和《中国统计年鉴》相关数据,研究了1991—2011年中国各省城镇(农村)居民人均农产品虚拟水消费的收敛性。研究发现,各省城镇(农村)居民人均农产品虚拟水消费是σ收敛的,也是绝对β收敛和条件β收敛的。各省城镇(农村)居民人均农产品虚拟水消费的空间存在显著相关性。人均农产品虚拟水生产量和单位面积粮食产量会促进城镇(农村)居民人均农产品虚拟水消费收敛,但是由于各省城镇居民可支配收入(农村居民人均纯收入)、粮食加权虚拟水含量存在较大的差异,会不利于城镇(农村)居民人均农产品虚拟水消费收敛。
This paper studies the convergence of the consumption of agricultural products per capita in China’s urban (rural) households from 1991 to 2011 by using the data of China Meteorological Science Sharing Network, China Agricultural Statistical Yearbook and China Statistical Yearbook, using the spatial panel model. Sex. The study found that the per capita consumption of agricultural products in each province’s urban (rural) residents is σ convergence, β convergence is absolute and β convergence. Provinces (rural) residents per capita consumption of agricultural products virtual water consumption space there is a significant correlation. However, due to the disposable income of urban residents in each province (per capita net income of rural residents), there is a big gap between the weighted average water content of food and that of virtual water in urban areas (per capita net income of rural residents) Differences will be detrimental to urban (rural) per capita consumption of agricultural products virtual water consumption convergence.
