苏丹Gumry油田为存在边、底水的稀油油藏,目前仍靠天然能量开采,举升方法为电潜泵,开采过程中油井结垢严重。本文通过实验对Gumry油田水进行了分析。Gumry油田水型是Na(HCO3)型,主要结垢主要为CaCO3。严重结垢发生在井下ESP处。Gumry油井结垢原因:(1)当流体从油层进入井筒时压力降低;(2)当流体从油层进入井筒时PH值增加;(3)当流体通过井下电潜泵(ESP)时温度升高。在油管柱底端安装化学防垢棒装置方法适合于Gumry油井。
The Sudan Gumry oilfield is a thin oil reservoir with marginal and bottom water. At present, it still relies on natural energy for lifting, and the lifting method is electric submersible pump. The oil well scale is serious during the mining process. In this paper, Gumry oilfield water is analyzed through experiments. Gumry oilfield water is Na (HCO3) type, the main scale is mainly CaCO3. Severe scaling occurs at the downhole ESP. The causes of Gumry well fouling are: (1) a decrease in pressure as fluid enters the wellbore from the reservoir; (2) an increase in PH as fluid enters the wellbore from the reservoir; (3) an increase in temperature as the fluid passes through the downhole ESP; . The method of installing a chemical scale control rod at the bottom of tubing string is suitable for Gumry wells.
