在如今的二十一世纪,信息化逐步成为我们时代的显著特征之一。信息技术通过其强有力的运算以及逻辑处理能力,能够在很大程度上为我们的工作生活带来极大的便利,因而很多事业单位已经逐步加大了单位内部的信息化建设,革除传统人工模式下的很多冗杂繁琐等等的弊端,提升工作效率。笔者就事业单位薪酬核算的信息化管理进行简要阐述,分析了现阶段事业单位薪酬核算系统中的问题,梳理了信息化管理思路,并提出建议。
In today’s twenty-first century, informationization has gradually become one of the salient features of our time. Through its powerful computing and logical processing capabilities, information technology can bring great convenience to our work and life to a great extent. As a result, many public institutions have gradually stepped up their internal information construction and eradicated the traditional labor Mode, a lot of complicated cumbersome and so on the shortcomings, improve work efficiency. The author briefly introduces the information management of the remuneration accounting in public institutions, analyzes the problems in the remuneration accounting system of public institutions at this stage, sorts out the information management ideas and puts forward some suggestions.
