通过以山西某矿回采巷道掘进过程中出现的巷道超高段为工程背景,采用数值分析的手段演算了巷道高3~9 m时两帮位移特征:巷高越高巷帮中点水平位移和下沉越明显,大于某临界高度后位移会明显增加且巷帮有产生整体滑移的趋势。揭示了巷帮是超高巷道围岩控制的关键部位,采用锚杆索加固浅部围岩形成的锚固结构对围岩具有约束作用,并采用了相应的“三高”锚杆支护技术。
By using the ultrahigh roadway in tunneling process of a mine in Shanxi as an engineering background, the numerical analysis is used to calculate the displacement characteristics of the two roads when the roadway is 3-9m high: The more obvious the sinking, the displacement will obviously increase when the height is higher than a certain critical height and the tendency of the alley to produce the overall slippage. It is revealed that the alley gangway is the key part of the surrounding rock control in the ultra-high roadway. The anchoring structure formed by anchoring the shallow surrounding rock with the anchor cable has the restraining effect on the surrounding rock and adopts the corresponding “three high” bolt support technology.
