目的观察免疫吸附治疗重症系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)的疗效。方法采用DNA免疫吸附柱对13例重型系统性红斑狼疮患者分别治疗3次,观察抗核抗体、抗DNA抗体、IgG和总蛋白、白蛋白变化等指标并行统计学分析。结果吸附治疗后,患者ANA、ds-DNA抗体滴度、IgG明显减少或降低(P<0.01);总蛋白、白蛋白指标无明显改变(P>0.05),临床症状有不同程度的缓解。结论免疫吸附能有效控制SLE活动,明显改善临床症状,是治疗重症SLE的有效方法。
Objective To observe the effect of immunoadsorption on severe systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Methods Thirteen patients with severe systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) were treated with DNA immunosorbent column for three times. The antinuclear antibody, anti-DNA antibody, IgG and total protein, albumin and other indicators were observed and statistically analyzed. Results After adsorption treatment, the titer and IgG titer of ANA and ds-DNA in patients were significantly decreased or decreased (P <0.01). There was no significant change in total protein and albumin (P> 0.05). The clinical symptoms were relieved to some extent. Conclusion Immunoadsorption can effectively control the activity of SLE and significantly improve the clinical symptoms. It is an effective method to treat severe SLE.
