法律英语专业的发展和课程建设有赖于一支高水平的法律英语师资队伍的建设。然而,由于长期以来我国外语师资培养结构不合理,外语师资与专业师资培养的脱节,造成法律英语师资力量薄弱,素质亟待提高。如何建立一种高效的法律英语教师培养与发展模式成为当下法律英语学科发展和人才培养必须要解决的一个首要问题。本文从法律英语教师的素质要求和现状入手,分析探讨了法律英语教师培养与发展的三个要素,初步确立了院校支持机制的框架,包括建立法律英语教师的遴选机制,建立法律英语教师的培训教育机制,以及建立英语教师、法律专业教师和实习基地三位一体的法律英语教师培养发展机制。本文通过探讨法律英语教师的发展模式,特别是介绍中国政法大学在该方面所作的有益尝试,试图引起法律英语教学界对法律英语师资队伍建设的思考,以促进法律英语教学的发展和完善。
The development of law English major and course construction depend on the construction of a high level legal English teaching staff. However, due to the irrational structure of foreign language teachers training in our country for a long time, the disconnection between foreign teachers and professional teachers has caused the weakness of legal English teachers and their quality needs to be improved urgently. How to Establish an Efficient Law English Teacher Cultivation and Development Mode has become a primary issue that must be solved in the current development of law English and personnel training. This article starts from the quality requirements and present conditions of legal English teachers, analyzes and discusses the three elements of training and development of legal English teachers, initially establishes the framework of institutional support mechanisms, including establishing the selection mechanism of legal English teachers and establishing legal English teachers Training and education mechanisms, and establishing a trilingual legal English teacher training English teachers, law teachers and training bases. This essay tries to arouse the thinking of legal English teaching community on the construction of legal English teaching staff by discussing the development model of legal English teachers, especially introducing the beneficial attempt made by China University of Political Science and Law in this respect, so as to promote the development and perfection of legal English teaching.
