选取DG805电厂灰保护渣的基础渣料配制了6种含碳量不同的保护渣。在实验室和到工厂进行实验研究。查明了碳对保护渣物化性能的影响和渣中碳含量对钢质量的影响。确定了DG805电厂灰保护渣含碳12—15%的合理性。得出由此渣浇注的钢锭基本上不增碳的结论。对使用含碳保护渣引起钢锭增碳的问题进行初步研究。得出在有液渣层存在时。由于液渣中碳的饱和含量很低[(C)<0.05%]渣中不同碳含量对钢锭增碳没有影响。钢液的动力学传质是引起渣中碳向钢中扩散主要的途径的初步结论。
Six kinds of mold fluxes with different carbon contents were prepared by selecting the basic slag of DG705 power plant gray mold flux. In the laboratory and to the factory for experimental research.
