走出IT小圈圈渡过年关、春节等一系列的节日,各个企业的营销、生产以及信息化建设正逐渐走回正常轨道。而企业内因业务而联系起来的各部门,特别是技术和业务部门,又开始了新一轮的“短兵相接”。4月,我们特别将话题集中在企业发展过程中,特别是企业面临战略转型时,技术部门如何快速响应业务需求变化、如何与业务部门有效沟通的话题上,探讨IT技术人员如何走出自己的小圈圈。全球经济一体化势不可挡,企业要么适应它而获得可持续发展,要么抗拒它而走向衰败。因此,很多企业面临着企业转型的问题。可以说,中国企业要想成功转型,就要重塑企业的“DNA”,其中包括:企业新的战略、新的组织架构、新的部门定位,以及新的沟通方式等等。甚至细节到CIO面对怎样的角色转换;CIO应如何理解企业转型的深层含义;CIO如何让IT部门重新定位以适应企业的战略变化;惯用不同语言说话的技术与业务部门如何实现有效率的沟通等等问题。近期,我们采访到了中国电信集团公司企业信息化部的丁震博士。他的观点是“企业需要以客户为中心,IT系统也需要这样,要把应用IT系统的所有人都看成客户。只有真正摆正了这个态度,技术部门和业务部门才能容易沟通。企业战略在整个IT战略中扮演着非常重要的角色。对于一个国际一流的企业来说,IT战略一定要与企业战略充分吻合。”

Recently, we interviewed Dr. Ding Zhen of Enterprise Information Department of China Telecom Corporation. His point is, “The business needs a customer-centric, IT system needs to be like this, and all the people who apply the IT system as a customer.” The technology department and the business unit can communicate easily only when it is truly aligned.
