目的鉴于基于心电R波峰点(Rp)与T波终点(Tn)的心室收缩期与舒张期比率(RSD1)易受Tn定位精度的影响,揭示基于Rp与T波峰点(Tp)的心电时限指标比值(RSD2)能否反映RSD1的趋势。方法计算Rp至Tp的时限(RpTp)与心室收缩期(RpTn)的相关系数,计算Tp至其后Rp的时限(TpRp)与心室舒张期(TnRp)的相关系数。通过定量计算来检验RSD2能否反映运动前与运动后RSD1的变化。比较RpTp标准差与RpTn标准差的差异性水平。结果 RpTp与RpTn的波动趋势一致(r>0.91),TpRp与TnRp的波动趋势一致(r>0.99)。运动后指标与运动前指标的比值中,RSD1与RSD2均显著增大(P<0.001),这与HR显著增大(P<0.001)、HRV显著降低(P<0.01)相一致。RpTp的标准差显著小于RpTn的标准差(P<0.001)。结论 RSD2能够反映运动对心电节律的影响,其功能类似于RSD1,但可靠性强于RSD1。
OBJECTIVE: In view of the fact that the ventricular systolic and diastolic ratio (RSD1) based on R wave peak (Rp) and T wave end point (Tn) of ECG is easily affected by the localization accuracy of Tn, the ECG based on Rp and T wave peak (Tp) Time-index ratio (RSD2) can reflect the trend of RSD1. Methods The correlation coefficient between Rp to Tp time (RpTp) and ventricular systolic (RpTn) was calculated and the correlation coefficient between Tp to subsequent Rp time (TpRp) and ventricular diastolic (TnRp) was calculated. Quantitative calculation to test whether RSD2 reflect pre and post exercise RSD1 changes. The difference between RpTp standard deviation and RpTn standard deviation was compared. Results The trend of RpTp and RpTn was consistent (r> 0.91). The trend of TpRp and TnRp was consistent (r> 0.99). RSD1 and RSD2 were significantly increased (P <0.001) in the ratio of post-exercise index to pre-exercise index, which was consistent with HR significantly increased (P <0.001) and HRV significantly decreased (P <0.01). The standard deviation of RpTp was significantly less than the standard deviation of RpTn (P <0.001). Conclusion RSD2 can reflect the influence of exercise on rhythm of rhythm. Its function is similar to that of RSD1, but its reliability is better than that of RSD1.
