在整个老年教育体系中,县(区)级老年大学是一个重要的组成部分。办好县(区)一级老年大学,让老年人就近就地入学,拥有一个和谐、健康、快乐、积极向上的学习生活环境,对于完善终身教育体系,促进社会和谐,实现积极老龄化、健康老龄化,具有重要作用。但从全国各地的情况看,县(区)级老年大学普遍存在校舍狭小、缺少人员编制、设备简陋、资金不足等问题,一些地方的老年大学生存尚有困难,发展更无从谈起。在这方面,宁波市走出了一条特色鲜明的发展之路,为我们做出了榜样。他们通过老年大学规范化建设“星级达标”活动,充分调动了领导、社会机构和办学人员的积极性。通过对各项指标进行量化细分,内容具体全面,可操作性强,成为切实可行的有效抓手。由于此项活动抓得紧、落得实、有特色、效果好,宁波市的市、县(区)级11所老年大学年年有变化,年年大发展,全部进入浙江省老年大学先进行列。宁波市发展县(区)级老年大学的这一经验,反映了他们对创新发展老年大学的不懈追求。希望他们的做法,能对各地有所启示和借鉴,共同促进老年大学更好更快地发展,为构建和谐社会做出更大贡献。
In the entire system of elderly education, county (district) -level university is an important part. Run a good old-age university at the county (district) level so that the elderly can go to school nearby and have a harmonious, healthy, happy and positive living environment for learning and living, perfect the lifelong education system, promote social harmony and achieve positive aging and health Aging, has an important role. However, from the perspective of the situation across the country, there are many problems such as small school buildings, lack of staffing, poor facilities and lack of funds in old-age universities at county (district) level. Some older college students still have difficulties in their development and even less so. In this respect, Ningbo has taken a distinctive road of development and set an example for us. They have fully mobilized the enthusiasm of leaders, social institutions and school personnel through the standardized construction of old-age universities and the “starred” activities. Through the quantitative breakdown of the indicators, the content is comprehensive and practical, it becomes a feasible and effective starting point. Because of this activity, the 11 elder universities at city, county (district) level in Ningbo City have changed every year, and have developed year after year, all of which have entered the advanced ranks of senior citizens in Zhejiang Province. This experience of Ningbo Development County (district) -level senior college reflects their relentless pursuit of innovation and development of the elderly university. I hope that their approach will give some enlightenment and reference to other places so as to jointly promote the better and faster development of the elderly colleges and make greater contributions to building a harmonious society.
