本文立足中国人口老龄化的现状,从推进“积极老龄化”战略的高度,发挥中国特色老年教育优势,提出了“开门办学、开放教学”的创新理念。论述了“开门办学、开放教学”的基本原则及特点、内涵与联系以及开放教学工作保障体系和活动网络的构建与实施。运用丰硕的办学成果,进一步印证了“开门办学、开放教学”是具有中国特色老年大学的成功办学经验。 Based on the current situation of population aging in China, from the perspective of advancing the strategy of active aging and giving full play to the advantage of Chinese characteristics in education for the aged, this paper proposes an innovative concept of opening a door to education and opening up teaching. The basic principles, characteristics, connotation and connection of “Open School, Open Teaching” as well as the establishment and implementation of open teaching work security system and activity network are discussed. The use of fruitful achievements in running schools, further confirms the “open the door to run, open teaching ” is the successful experience of running schools with Chinese characteristics older university.
