用“强力夯实法”(简称“强夯法”)处理建筑物地基,在国外已普遍得到应用。国内由于目前各建筑单位普遍缺乏大型自行式机械,因此夯击能都不高,消除基土湿陷性也较浅,在一些特别重要的工程上还未见应用。我公司为了某建筑群施工需要,设计了利用15吨履带吊加辅助桅杆的强夯装置。夯锤底平面提升高度可达18米,夯击能189吨一米,自动脱钩,拆装容易,行动灵活,操作方便,又能靠本身移动夯锤,夯击一次约需3分钟。经试用效果较好,特介绍如下。
The treatment of building foundations with the “Strong Compaction Method” (abbreviated as “Strong Compaction Method”) has been widely applied abroad. In China, due to the current lack of large-scale self-propelled machinery in construction units, the sniper energy is not high and the collapsibility of the foundation soil is also relatively shallow. It has not been applied to some particularly important projects. In order to meet the construction requirements of a certain building group, our company has designed a powerful smashing device using a 15 ton crawler crane and an auxiliary mast. The height of the bottom surface of the rammer hammer can reach 18 meters, the slamming can reach 189 tons one meter, and it can be disengaged automatically. It is easy to dismantle and move, it is flexible and easy to operate, and it can move the rammer by itself. It takes about 3 minutes to tap. The trial results are better, as described below.
