承压设备包括锅炉、压力容器、压力管道等,是石油、化工、电力、能源等行业的基础装备,事故后果巨大,直接关系生产安全、公共安全和社会经济发展。承压设备一方面不断向大型化、高参数方向发展,新材料、新结构大量应用,使用环境更加苛刻复杂;另一方面随着超期服役设备数量不断增加,安全风险也急剧增加。承压设备的发展趋势对设计、制造、使用安全管理和政府安全监管都提出了更高要求,在典型材料高温损伤表征、设计制造早期风险防控、在役设备风险控制、超期服役设备寿命预测及延寿、宏观安全风险防控和应急处置等方面有待进一步的深入研究。本文主要介绍了该项目的背景、目标及总体研究方案、主要研究内容、预期主要研究成果、预期的经济社会效益等相关内容。
Pressure-bearing equipment, including boilers, pressure vessels and pressure pipes, are the basic equipment for the petroleum, chemical, electric power and energy industries. The consequences of the accident are enormous and have a direct bearing on production safety, public safety and social and economic development. On the one hand, pressure-bearing equipment continues to develop in the direction of large-scale and high-parameter. Large quantities of new materials and structures are used and the service environment is harsher and more complex. On the other hand, as the number of extended service equipment increases, the safety risk also increases sharply. The development trend of pressure equipment has put forward higher requirements on the design, manufacture, safety management and government safety supervision. In the typical materials, high temperature damage characterization, design and manufacture of early risk prevention and control, in-service equipment risk control, over-service equipment life prediction And life extension, prevention and control of macro security risks and emergency response and other aspects to be further in-depth study. This paper introduces the background, objectives and overall research program of the project, the main research content, the expected major research results, the expected economic and social benefits and other related content.
