目的:建立肿痛安胶囊中欧前胡素的含量测定方法。方法:采用Zorbax SB-C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-水(62∶38);检测波长为300 nm;柱温35℃。结果:欧前胡素进样量在0.004～0.083μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),样品平均回收率为97.65%,RSD=1.02%(n=6)。结论:此方法操作简便、准确、重复性好。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of imperatorin in Huotongan capsule. Methods: Zorbax SB-C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase was methanol-water (62:38). The detection wavelength was 300 nm. The column temperature was 35 ℃. RESULTS: Imperatorin had a good linearity (r = 0.999 9) in the range of 0.004 ~ 0.083 μg with an average recovery of 97.65% and RSD = 1.02% (n = 6). Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate and reproducible.
