企业的工程项目一般都需要经过一定时期的开发和建设,过程中会有很多的不可预见的因素,故为了实现项目的各项控制目标,就需要重视项目的全过程管理,其中对工程合同的管理尤为关键。在工程造价管理中,合同的管理是核心要素,是确定和调整合同双方经济关系的重要依据,是解决合同纠纷的法律凭据,也是控制工程造价的有效途径。本文主要对工程合同对项目造价控制产生影响的问题进行分析,提出相关合理的运用合同管理进行工程造价控制的对策。

In project cost management, contract management is the core factor, which is an important basis for determining and adjusting the economic relationship between the two parties. It is also the legal evidence to solve the contract dispute and also an effective way to control the project cost. This paper analyzes the impact of project contract on project cost control, and puts forward some countermeasures to control project cost with contract management.
