近交系小鼠由于具有一致的基因型和遗传特征,个体之间差异极小,实验中容易取得一致的结果。目前世界各国实验室维持和应用的小鼠近交系在250种以上,分别广泛应用于遗传、免疫、肿瘤、代谢、内分泌等各领域的研究。但供潜水医学研究的近交小鼠品系国内外尚未见报导。为了开展潜水医学实验研究,亟待建立近交小动物模型。SMMC/B系小鼠是我校建立的又一株近交系小鼠,某些生物学特性表现出相对稳定,在应用上也受到医学工作者的欢迎,达到预期目标。现将其来源、纯合程度及生物学特性报告
