建立了三氯化铁作为提取剂提取金属铝的分析方法,采用L9(34)设计正交实验方案,并选取了最佳的提取条件。实验表明,样品平行测定的相对标准偏差在1.07%~1.94%之间,回收率为97.0%~100.8%。该方法的精密度和准确度均较好,实现了复合脱氧剂中金属铝的快速、准确测定。
An analytical method was established for the extraction of metallic aluminum with ferric chloride as the extractant. The orthogonal experiment scheme was designed by L9 (34), and the optimal extraction conditions were selected. The experimental results showed that the relative standard deviations of parallel determination of samples were between 1.07% and 1.94%, and the recovery rates were between 97.0% and 100.8%. The precision and accuracy of the method are good, and the rapid and accurate determination of metallic aluminum in composite deoxidizer has been achieved.
