目的:探讨Runx3在唾液腺腺样囊性癌(SACC)中的表达及其临床意义。方法:采用RT-PCR和蛋白分析检测Runx3在4例SACC组织及癌旁组织样品中的表达。免疫组化分析65例SACC病理组织切片中Runx3的蛋白表达。采用SPSS 17.0软件包分析病理诊断与临床资料之间的关系。结果:mRNA和蛋白水平检测结果显示,Runx3在SACC组织中的表达与癌旁组织相比明显下调。免疫组化结果显示,Runx3在SACC中的表达与淋巴结转移相关。结论:Runx3表达下调与SACC发病进程相关,可能是临床诊断和治疗SACC的重要生物标志物。
Objective: To investigate the expression of Runx3 in salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma (SACC) and its clinical significance. Methods: The expression of Runx3 in 4 SACC tissues and adjacent normal tissues was detected by RT-PCR and protein analysis. Immunohistochemistry was used to analyze Runx3 protein expression in 65 SACC pathological sections. SPSS 17.0 software package was used to analyze the relationship between pathological diagnosis and clinical data. Results: The results of mRNA and protein levels showed that Runx3 expression in SACC tissues was significantly down-regulated compared with that in paracancerous tissues. Immunohistochemistry showed that Runx3 expression in SACC was correlated with lymph node metastasis. Conclusion: The down-regulation of Runx3 is associated with the pathogenesis of SACC and may be an important biomarker for clinical diagnosis and treatment of SACC.
