研制一种智能称重装置,以实现在作业过程中称量移动式垃圾压缩机每次装载的垃圾质量以及累加总质量。通过建立数学模型,认为垃圾压缩机每次作业时的垃圾装载质量与动臂液压缸压力的函数关系式是可以确定的,采用定点计量的方法,在动臂液压缸内加装压力传感器,通过测量动臂液压缸中的油压可间接得到垃圾压缩机每次作业的载重量。介绍移动式垃圾压缩机称重装置的硬件设计及软件设计。试验结果表明,移动式垃圾压缩机智能称重系统误差控制在±2%范围以内,可以实现主要功能。
