我国企业从西方引进和学习绩效管理的时间较短,在如何将西方绩效管理的先进经验应用于我国企业管理方面还很不成熟,企业运用绩效管理模式面临着较大的挑战。通过对我国企业绩效管理存在问题及原因分析,提出我国企业有效实施绩效管理的相应对策。
Chinese enterprises introduce and learn performance management from the West for a short period of time. It is still immature to apply the advanced experience of western performance management to the management of enterprises in our country. The performance management mode of enterprises is facing greater challenges. Through the analysis of the existing problems and the reasons of the enterprise performance management in our country, this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for the effective implementation of the performance management in our country.
