班级管理既包括学校领导和班主任对班级的管理,还包括学生的参与管理,其中主要指班主任对班级的管理、对其进行组织、指导、协调、控制、建立和发展,全面实现班级管理的目标。目前班级管理主要是对学生进行德育教育和组织教学为目的。随着新课程改革的进一步推进,班级管理模式更趋向于班级管理民主化、学生个体化发展、教育方式差别化、师生交流平台多元化和教育空间开放化。近年来,信息技术发展日新月异,促使教师把信息技术应用到班级管理中以获得更好的管理效果。
