万能显微镜、大型工具显微镜和小型工具显微镜的托架及其工作台的移动准确性,是测量准确的重要因素之一。在苏联国家所颁部的检定规程6-48 号中,规定了这种检定需使用高精度的直角尺;此种直角尺在100公厘的长度上,线值的偏差不得超过2.5公微。但ГОСТ3749-47所规定的零级精度100×63直角尺其许可误差为±3公微;160×100的许可误差为±4公微。因此,对此种测量显微镜的检定,需要更高级的直角尺,这样形成了计量检定了作中的很大困难。本文所介绍的新的检定方法,有效而经济地解决了这个问题。而且也可用以来检定高精度的直角。特译出介绍。
Universal microscope, large tool microscope and small tool microscope bracket and table movement accuracy, is one of the important measurement accuracy.
