某仓库为五层无梁楼盖结构,柱网间距为6m,仓库长84m,宽36m,单层建筑面积为3200m~2,要求地坪混凝土强度等级为 C20。一、方案确定浇筑如此大面积地坪混凝土,如采用传统的一次浇筑成型方法,就会造成短期内工作量过于集中,工程质量难以达到预期的目标。于是我们提出了—个化整为零、分块拼装的施工方案,就是以柱网为基本单位,用3×3小角钢进行分隔、分块浇筑混凝土的方法。
