通过对503份国内外大豆种质资源食叶性害虫抗性的自然鉴定,发掘出对本地大豆食叶性害虫表现抗性的资源7份,主要抗豆芫菁的5份,主要抗大豆毒蛾的5份。其中大多数资源的抗性水平高于已鉴定的4个食叶性害虫抗源赶江南×泰兴黑豆选系、丰平黑豆、吴江青豆3、通山薄皮黄豆甲等。一些抗性资源综合性状优良,可作为抗虫育种的首选亲本。同时发掘出对本地大豆食叶性害虫表现感性的大豆资源6份,与抗性资源一起可用于抗虫机制与遗传研究。
Through the natural identification of 503 soybean leaf pests resistant to soybean germplasm resources at home and abroad, we found seven parts of the resistance to local soybean leaf-feeding pests, the main five parts of the anti-Iris bean curd, the main anti-soybean poison moth 5 copies. Among them, the resistance level of most of the resources was higher than that of the four identified leafy pests, such as Kangnai Jiangnan × Taixing Black Bean Line, Fengping Black Bean, Wujiang Green Bean 3 and Tongshan Thin Bean. Some resistant resources have good comprehensive characters and can be used as the preferred parents for insect resistance breeding. At the same time, 6 parts of soybeans that showed sensitivity to the local soybean leaf-feeding pests were excavated, and together with the resistant resources, they could be used for insect resistance mechanism and genetic research.
