本文以4110型柴油机曲轴为对象,在不用冒口的条件下做了生产性试验,所采用的措施是:高刚度的干型;坚固的砂箱和锁紧装置;同时凝固的原则及接近共晶成分的铁水。试验中获得了显著的成效,主要表现在:中心缩松完全消除;曲轴本身的机械性能大大提高,特别是无缺口冲击值可成倍地提高;铸件成品率可接近80%。曲轴的尺寸在干型中是缩小的,但在湿型中却往往是胀大的,因此当采用湿型时,通常把缩尺取为1%的做法是不恰当的。中型曲轴用干型来生产是比较合适的。
