更换提升钢绳的方法和工艺有很多种,现介绍一种根据我 矿的实际情况而设计的更换多绳提升机钢绳的工艺。 1 设施简介 我矿的矿用电梯采用的是多绳摩擦提升工艺设计,曳引机直径仅1m,主要的作用是联通五、六中段,作为人员、材料和设备运输的通道。六中段与五中段水平层高相差50m,中间每间隔10ml个分层。机房设计在高于五中段11.5m上的1个分层内。原设计的操作硐室处于井底水窝同一水平,铺设电缆和控制线路进入机房的距离较远,而且在检修时不易联系。我将操作硐室设计于机房的下一个分层内,即检修硐室与五中段处于同一水平,铺设电缆和控制线路均较近,而且检修时易于联系。提升钢绳选用6x19φ15.5左同向捻钢绳2根和6x19φ15.5
