盾构隧道穿江越海具有极高的工程施工风险。因施工作业工序繁多,工期往往又紧,当某一环节出现问题时,即可导致隧道涌水甚至出现重大质量、安全事故。本文以某越江区间盾构涌水事故为依托,从险情的出现,到险情的控制,机械密封的修复,以及快速恢复掘进生产,详细介绍了事故过程,并且进行了多角度多方面的经验教训总结与分析,避免了灾难性的涌水事故,确保了施工工期,形成了良好的社会效益,对以后可能出现的类似工程事故提供了成功的经验。
