在长期的儿童舞蹈教育教学与实践研究中,我们发现要让学习舞蹈的孩子能稳定持续地、有兴趣地、坚持不懈地学下去,除了所选的教材要科学规范以及教师具备良好的专业能力以外,最重要的是教师在教学形式与教学方法方面的把握及驾驭课堂的能力。儿童由于生理和心理双重因素的制约,往往在学习过程中,一碰到困难和挫折或时间稍长,便会产生低落的情绪,注意力的持续性比较低,滋生出浮躁情绪。这些,使得本应充满活力的艺术学科在孩子面前变得黯然失色。那么,如何克服这种求知的浮躁,让他们爱上这个课堂,使得我们不得不重新审视我们的教育。我们应遵循辨证法来看待教育,弄清内因与外因的辨证关系,明确教育中起决定作用的内因是学生。只有内因得到充分的调动,教育才能培养出具有创新意识、创新精神、创新能力的下一代。
In the long-term study of teaching and practice of children’s dance education, we found that children learning to dance should be able to continue stably, continuously, with interest and perseverance. Children due to physical and psychological constraints of dual factors, often in the learning process, encounter difficulties and setbacks or a longer time, it will have low emotions, the persistence of attention is relatively low, breed impulsive mood. These make the energetic art discipline eclipsed by children. So, how to overcome this impetuous pursuit of knowledge, so that they fall in love with this class, so that we have to re-examine our education. We should follow the dialectics approach to education, understand the dialectical relationship between internal and external causes, clarify the internal factors that play a decisive role in education are students. Only by fully mobilizing internal causes can education nurture the next generation with innovative ideas, innovative spirit and innovative abilities.
