目的:研究复方丹参方中使药降香不同成分对君药丹参的主要成分丹参素药动学的影响。方法:给家兔灌服丹参水提物、丹参-降香水提物和丹参-降香油,采用HPLC法检测不同采样点血浆中丹参素的血药浓度,用DAS2.0数据处理软件计算药动学参数。结果:配伍前后,药-时曲线均呈二室开放模型,与丹参水提物组比较,配伍组曲线下面积AUC0~∞均明显增加,清除率(Cl/F)减小,丹参-降香油组Cmax明显增加,t1/2α和tmax明显延长。结论:使药降香水提物和降香油均可提高君药丹参有效成分丹参素体内生物利用度,减少丹参素在体内消除,降香油为使药降香引药归经的主要活性成分。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effects of different components of Radix et Rhizoma Rhei in compound Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae on the pharmacokinetics of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae, the main component of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae. Methods: The rabbits were fed with aqueous extract of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae, Salviae Miltiorrhizae, Fructus Dilipaerae and Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. The plasma concentrations of Danshensu in different sampling points were measured by HPLC and the pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated by DAS 2.0 data processing software Learning parameters. Results: Before and after compatibility, the drug-time curve showed a two-compartment open model. Compared with the Salvia miltiorrhiza water extract group, the area under the curve of compatibility group increased significantly and the clearance rate (Cl / F) Group Cmax increased significantly, t1 / 2α and tmax significantly prolonged. Conclusion: It can improve the bioavailability of danshensu, the active ingredient of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae, and decrease the dosage of danshensu in vivo.
