顺铂与放射结合应用可得到较大的治疗效益,对乏氧细胞,其增敏作用更为明显。为此,我们采用放疗前应用硕铂治疗鼻咽癌,以其最大限度地消除鼻咽部肿囊、颈部转移淋巴结,预防远处转移,提高五年生存率。 1989年我们将经病理确诊的鼻咽癌病人32例按随机分组分为治疗组和对照组各16例。两组放疗条件基本一致,放疗剂量鼻咽部在70～80Gy间,颈部剂量在70～85Gy问,治疗组放疗前用顺铂40mg以0.5046
The application of cisplatin combined with radiation can provide greater therapeutic benefits. For hypoxic cells, the sensitization effect is even more pronounced. To this end, we used preoperative radiotherapy to treat patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma, in order to maximize the elimination of nasopharyngeal cysts, cervical lymph node metastasis, prevention of distant metastasis, improve the five-year survival rate. In 1989, we classified 32 patients with pathologically confirmed nasopharyngeal carcinoma into randomized subgroups into 16 patients in the treatment group and 16 in the control group. The radiotherapy conditions were basically the same in both groups. The radiotherapy dose was between 70 and 80 Gy in the nasopharynx, and the dose was between 70 and 85 Gy in the neck. The treatment group received 0.5046 cisplatin 40 mg before radiotherapy.
