目的:探讨聚精颗粒对少弱精子症及PRM2基因表达水平的影响。方法:采用聚精颗粒治疗少弱精子症患者21例,选取精子正常者8例,比较治疗前后及他们各自与正常人之间精子浓度、活力和PRM2基因表达水平的变化。结果:PRM2mRNA水平治疗前低于正常人(P<0.05),治疗后与正常人之间无统计学差异(P>0.05),治疗后高于治疗前(P<0.01);精子浓度治疗后高于治疗前(P<0.01);A级精子治疗后高于治疗前(P<0.01);A+B级精子治疗后高于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论:聚精颗粒对提高少弱精子症的精子浓度和活力有较好疗效,能显著增加PRM2的mRNA表达水平。
Objective: To investigate the effect of concentrating granules on oligoasthenospermia and PRM2 gene expression. Methods: Twenty-one cases of oligoasthenospermia were treated with polygalacturonase, 8 cases of normal sperm were selected, and the changes of sperm concentration, vitality and PRM2 gene expression were compared before and after treatment and their respective normal subjects. Results: PRM2 mRNA level before treatment was lower than that of normal people (P <0.05), and there was no significant difference between normal subjects and PRM2 mRNA levels (P> 0.05) Before treatment (P <0.01), the level of sperm in treatment A was higher than that before treatment (P <0.01). The level of sperm in treatment A + B was higher than that before treatment (P <0.05). Conclusion: Jingjing granules can improve the sperm concentration and vitality of oligoasthenospermia, and can significantly increase the mRNA expression of PRM2.
