在高中英语教学中,很多教师可以明显发现学生的个体差异性很强,教师需要更多去关心学生的个性发展,然后利用其个性的优势达到其更好的学习效果。个性化教学已经在我国教育领域的改革中逐渐开展起来,新课改在个性化教学这一方面对于学生和教师都有了新的要求。高中英语教学不仅要求教师能够灵活运用教学方法来引导学生获得更好的学习效率,而且更加需要学生能够主动参与到学习中去。本文主要分析高中英语个性化教学实践,为促进高中英语教学提供建议。
In high school English teaching, many teachers can clearly find that students have strong individual differences. Teachers need more to care about students’ personality development and then use their individuality advantages to achieve better learning outcomes. Personalized teaching has been gradually carried out in the reform of China’s education field, and the new curriculum reform has placed new demands on students and teachers in the aspect of individualized teaching. High school English teaching not only requires teachers to use teaching methods flexibly to guide students to obtain better learning efficiency, but also requires students to take the initiative to participate in learning. This article mainly analyzes the individualized teaching practice in senior high school English and provides suggestions for promoting senior high school English teaching.
