作者对番红花Crocus Sativus花瓣乙醇提取物和水提取物进行了以下实验:1)对麻醉雄性SD大鼠平均动脉压(MABP)的作用。结果显示,番红花的2个提取物剂量相关地降低MABP,且乙醇提取物的作用强于水提取物,但它们对心率无明显影响,提示提取物的降压作用主要与其影响外周阻力有关。2)向离体大鼠输精管培养液中加入氯化钠或进行电刺激(EFS),可引起输精管收缩。2个提取物可减弱EFS引起的收缩并呈浓度相关。
The authors performed the following experiments on the petal ethanol extract and water extract of Crocus Sativus: 1) Effect on mean arterial pressure (MABP) in anesthetized male SD rats. The results showed that the two extracts of crocus dose-relatedly reduced MABP, and the ethanol extract was stronger than the water extract, but they had no significant effect on heart rate, suggesting that the antihypertensive effect of the extract is mainly related to its impact on peripheral resistance. . 2) Adding sodium chloride or electro-stimulating (EFS) to the isolated rat vas deferens can cause constriction of the vas deferens. Two extracts attenuated EFS-induced contraction and were concentration-dependent.
