目的探讨高校辅导员幸福感的心理结构、现状及影响因素。方法以问卷的形式对371名江苏7所高校的辅导员进行调查与分析。结果探索性因素分析表明高校辅导员的幸福感包含生活满意、健康体验、自我价值等8个因子,验证性因素分析支持了这个模型(GFI=0.847,IFI=0.897,CFI=0.895,RMSEA=0.065,χ2/df=2.550,P<0.05),问卷的内部一致性系数α=0.911。辅导员的百分制幸福感均分为62.68,其中家庭氛围因子的得分最高(x珋=3.96),自主感因子的得分最低(x珋=2.97);不同年龄、职务、职称的辅导员幸福感具有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论高校辅导员的幸福感包含生活满意、健康体验、自我价值、自主感、成长发展、人际和谐、家庭氛围和社会信心等8个因子,高校辅导员的幸福感整体处于中等偏上水平;年龄、职务和职称对辅导员的幸福感有显著影响。
Objective To explore psychological structure, current status and influencing factors of college counselors’ happiness. Methods A questionnaire was used to investigate and analyze the counselors in 371 universities in Jiangsu Province. Results Exploratory factor analysis showed that college counselors’ happiness included 8 factors including life satisfaction, health experience and self-worth. Confirmatory factor analysis supported this model (GFI = 0.847, IFI = 0.897, CFI = 0.895, RMSEA = , χ2 / df = 2.550, P <0.05). The internal consistency coefficient of the questionnaire was α = 0.911. Counselors’ percentiles of well-being were divided into 62.68, of which the family atmosphere factor scored the highest (x 珋 = 3.96), the lowest score of autonomy factor (x 珋 = 2.97); counselors with different ages, positions, Significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion The college counselors’ happiness includes the eight factors of life satisfaction, health experience, self-worth, autonomy, growth and development, interpersonal harmony, family atmosphere and social confidence. The happiness of university counselors is generally above the middle level. , Job title and job title of counselors have a significant impact on the well-being.
