一、限矩型液力偶合器的设计在120顿米塔式起重机的行走机构中,采用了限矩型液力偶合器。它起动平稳,有良好的过载保护作用;它结构简单,加工方便,易于维修保养。该限矩型液力偶合器的工作腔采用限矩型流道。在额定工况,转差率较小,流道中是小循环,有较高的效率。在转差率增加时出现大循环,这时由于流道阻力的迅速增加,限制了传递扭矩的增大而达到限矩的目的。这种液力偶合器循环流道中油量不变,不需辅助油室和延充阀等辅助机构,从而结构简单,便于制造
