本文通过对天津市22家医院建筑能耗情况(建筑基本信息、医院信息、能耗账单、设备清单等)进行调研,得到了天津市医院建筑能耗平均水平为348.5 kWh/(m2.a)。参考清洁发展机制制定基准线的方法,结合调研数据的实际情况,设置了4种静态基准线情景及动态基准线。通过分析比较不同基准线的意义及相互关系,推荐采用各医院建筑2010年的能耗平均值、碳排放平均值(静态基准线情景1)作为基准线。综合类医院建筑和专科类医院建筑的基准线分别如下:综合类医院建筑能耗基准线为381.2 kWh/(m2.a),碳排放基准线为157.29 kgCO2/(m2.a);专科类医院建筑能耗基准线为309.3 kWh/(m2.a),碳排放基准线为130.46 kgCO2/(m2.a)。
In this paper, the energy consumption of 22 hospitals in Tianjin (basic building information, hospital information, energy bills, equipment lists, etc.) were investigated and the average energy consumption of hospital buildings in Tianjin was 348.5 kWh / (m2.a) . With reference to the method of setting a baseline by the CDM and combining with the actual situation of survey data, four kinds of static baseline scenarios and dynamic baseline are set up. By analyzing and comparing the meanings and interrelations of different baselines, it is recommended to adopt the average of energy consumption and the average of carbon emissions (static baseline scenario 1) of each hospital building as the baseline in 2010. The baseline for comprehensive hospital construction and specialist hospital construction are as follows: The baseline for energy consumption for general hospitals is 381.2 kWh / (m2.a), and the baseline for carbon emissions is 157.29 kgCO2 / (m2.a); specialist hospitals The baseline for building energy consumption is 309.3 kWh / (m2.a) and the baseline for carbon emissions is 130.46 kgCO2 / (m2a).
