目的:探讨大枣多糖对乙硫氨酸及扑热息痛所致小鼠肝损伤模型的保护作用。方法:采用灌服乙硫氨酸混悬液或腹腔注射扑热息痛混悬液造成小鼠肝损伤模型,通过测血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)水平和小鼠肝脏病理组织学变化,观察大枣多糖对乙硫氨酸及扑热息痛所致小鼠肝损伤模型的保护作用。结果:灌服乙硫氨酸或腹腔注射扑热息痛可造成小鼠急性肝损伤,大、小剂量大枣多糖组和肝泰乐组均可显著降低乙硫氨酸和扑热息痛所致小鼠肝损伤模型血清ALT水平,可显著改善乙硫胺酸和扑热息痛所致小鼠肝损伤病理变化。结论:大枣多糖对乙硫氨酸和扑热息痛所致小鼠肝损伤有好的保护作用。
Objective: To investigate the protective effects of jujube polysaccharides on liver injury induced by ethionine and paracetamol in mice. Methods: The model of hepatic injury was induced by intraperitoneal injection of acetaminophen suspension or intraperitoneal injection of acetaminophen suspension. The levels of ALT and histopathological changes in liver of mice were measured to observe the effects of jujube polysaccharide Protective effects of ethionine and paracetamol induced liver injury in mice. Results: Serum of mice with acute liver injury was induced by oral administration of ethionine or paracetamol, and both large and small doses of jujube polysaccharide group and GTA group significantly reduced the liver injury induced by ethionine and paracetamol in mice Serum ALT level, can significantly improve the pathological changes of liver injury caused by ethionine and paracetamol in mice. Conclusion: Jujube polysaccharide has a good protective effect on liver injury induced by ethionine and paracetamol in mice.
