For years, communication with the underwater world has been troubling people. In the past, communication with underwater has always used the traditional electromagnetic field communication, such as long wave, short wave and microwave. However, due to the shielding effect of water, it is difficult for any electromagnetic wave to penetrate to a sufficient depth under water. To communicate with the underwater, the antenna can only surface from the water. This is neither convenient nor easy to expose the underwater target. This problem was not solved until 1984 when a nuclear submarine at a U.S. naval base sneaked underwater and used neutrino communications to start a completely new page in the history of human communication.
