为了解决目前高校体育课堂教学功能泛化、教学任务不明确等问题,采用文献资料法、逻辑分析等方法,重新界定高校体育课堂教学的概念。运用“主体功能区”理论,将体育课堂教学的主体功能定位为:传授学生体育运动知识和技能,培养学生自我学习体育的能力。旨在从理论研究上突出体育课堂教学的主体功能,提高教学效果,与学校其它的体育活动有效衔接,增强学生体能,促进学生体育锻炼习惯的养成。
In order to solve the problems such as generalization of teaching function and uncertainty of teaching tasks, the paper redefined the concept of PE classroom teaching in colleges and universities by using the methods of literature and data analysis and logic analysis. Using the “main function zone” theory, the main function of PE classroom teaching can be defined as: imparting knowledge and skills of students ’PE and cultivating students’ ability of self-learning PE. The purpose is to highlight the main function of physical education classroom teaching from theoretical research, improve teaching effectiveness, effectively connect with other physical activities in school, enhance students ’physical ability and promote the students’ habit of physical exercise.
