通过对四川省煤矿在用带式输送机安全性能检测检验,结合实际情况,对带式输送机在使用过程中容易出现打滑故障的形式进行分类判断,提出结合井下实际环境中带式输送机打滑故障种类,并将故障定义为退化、损坏、失效和卡堵等几种不同的模式,详细分析识别导致带式输送机系统故障发生的原因,清晰地判明潜在的故障,便于改进设计,也可以用于指导故障诊断,优化运行和维修方案。同时,从技术和管理的角度,提出打滑故障的预防措施,实现了对带式输送机安全、可靠、高效运行。
