目的:探讨血小板活化因子(platelet-activating factor,PAF)及其受体(PAF-Receptor,PAF-R)与早期自然流产的关系。方法:30例早期自然流产妇女(研究组)和30例同期正常早孕要求人工流产的妇女(对照组)采用ELISA法检测血清PAF的含量,采用流式细胞仪检测外周血单核细胞上PAF-R的表达,应用免疫组织化学技术检测PAF-R在子宫蜕膜组织中的表达。结果:①研究组血清中PAF含量、PAF-R在外周血单核细胞上和在子宫蜕膜组织中的表达与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。②早期自然流产妇女PAF-R在外周血单核细胞上和在子宫内膜上的表达呈正相关(r=0.938,P<0.01)。结论:早期自然流产妇女血清PAF水平明显降低,PAF-R在外周血单核细胞上和子宫蜕膜组织中的表达降低,可能是导致自然流产的原因之一。外周血单核细胞上PAF-R的表达可间接反映子宫蜕膜组织中PAF-R的表达情况。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between platelet-activating factor (PAF) and its receptor (PAF-R) and early spontaneous abortion. Methods: Serum levels of PAF were detected by ELISA in 30 cases of spontaneous abortion women (study group) and 30 cases of normal pregnancy requiring abortion (control group) during the same period. Flow cytometry was used to detect the expression of PAF- R expression, the application of immunohistochemical detection of PAF-R expression in uterine decidua. Results: ① The serum levels of PAF, the expression of PAF-R in peripheral blood mononuclear cells and in the decidual tissue of the uterus were significantly different from those in the control group (P <0.01). ② The expression of PAF-R in peripheral blood mononuclear cells and the endometrium in early spontaneous abortion was positively correlated (r = 0.938, P <0.01). CONCLUSIONS: The serum levels of PAF in women with early spontaneous abortion are significantly lower, and the expression of PAF-R in peripheral blood mononuclear cells and uterine decidual tissue is decreased, which may be one of the causes of spontaneous abortion. PAF-R expression on peripheral blood mononuclear cells can indirectly reflect the expression of PAF-R in uterine decidua.
