STS教育是教育改革中新兴的一种科学教育构想,有别于传统的教育模式,重在唤醒主体的自我意识及情感体验。中职生心理上处于半成熟状态,他们对各种事物充满好奇心,有极强的自我意识和求知欲。作为班主任,要高度重视并充分利用学生的这种积极心理因素,尊重学生且全面依靠学生,提倡以学生为主体,唤醒学生的自我意识及情感体验,营造井然有序、生机勃勃的班集体。总结十几年的班主任工作,我认为有效提升中职学校班级管理有以下途径:
STS education is a new concept of science education in education reform, which is different from the traditional education mode and focuses on awakening the subject’s self-awareness and emotional experience. Secondary vocational students in a semi-mature state of mind, they are curious about all kinds of things, have a strong sense of self and thirst for knowledge. As a class teacher, we should attach great importance to and take full advantage of this positive psychological factors of students, respect students and fully rely on students, advocate students as the main body, awakened students’ self-awareness and emotional experience, and create an orderly and vigorous class collective. To summarize more than ten years of class teacher work, I think the effective ways to improve class management in secondary vocational schools are as follows:
